Selfish Baking

I did a little selfish baking this weekend. Why selfish, you ask? Well, I made what I felt like making and what I felt like eating, without asking the others what they'd like. I also made it in half-secret, not feeling quite up to the task of receiving "help" from my little one. In another selfish move, I ate almost all of them myself ;).

They were Soulemama's Coffee Crisps, only I added a generous dash of cinnamon. Delicious!!

PS: If you live in a hot and humid climate, you will need to refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes before rolling it out. Otherwise you are left with a hot mess...literally.
