Buttermilk Biscuits

Yum!!! These biscuits were the delicious result of the remaining buttermilk from the oven fried chicken fiasco. I went to Foodnetwork.com and searched for buttermilk biscuits (the only thing I could think of to use up extra buttermilk). I read through a few listings until I found one that used only the ingredients I already had: this recipe by the Neely's. 
I figured they would be yummy, it's the Neely's after all, but they were really really good. Like, eat two hot out of the oven while no one is looking good. Give them a try; you wont be disappointed!
