Jason's Sweet & Savory Bagel

When we were still in our hometown of Key West (yes, people are actually from there and live there :) a new bagel place opened up and unveiled their specialty french toast bagel. Jason figured, why not add egg and/or bacon? You might still eat eggs and bacon on the side of french toast...right? Then and there, Jason's sweet and savory bagel was born, despite the groans and sidelong glances from the bagel-makers. Ever since, he has found a way to construct a version of this breakfast no matter the bagelry: this one was bacon, egg, and cheese on a cinnamon sugar bagel. Other breakfast sandwiches have appeared on the restaurant scene and grown in popularity...but he and I both know the truth of who "started it" ;)
